This piece was adapted from my client's favorite photo of Jim.

The tattered, yet mystical wings represent Jim's duality: both beautiful and hideous at the same time.

The bloody teardrop (with real blood in the paint) bespeaks of Jim's inner turmoil and sadness, but yet there is peace- in the moonlight or the cool ferns...
